How soon can I speak in person with an associate after I make a phone call to Jolemco with an enquiry?

Our typical wait time for a customer to receive a bid, in person inspection, delivery, or other in person service is between two hours to four days. We at Jolemco usually reserve Fridays and Saturdays specifically for bids, appraisals, etc. If, however, there is a schedule opening available sooner than that we may get to you even quicker.

Does Jolemco offer over-the-phone bids?

Depending on the service, we may provide a bid without needing to inspect the jobsite in person. Another option is to send photographs of the work you need done via text message. However, in order to provide the most accurate bidding estimations we prefer to inspect jobs in person.

May I come and pick up surplus equipment?

Yes! In fact, if you choose to come and pick up surplus equipment you will no longer have to pay a delivery fee. Simply make it known to any Jolemco representative that you would prefer to pick up your order rather than have it delivered, and we will discuss a proper time to execute the transaction.

How much is the fee for having my surplus equipment order delivered?

The delivery fee is between $5 to $10 dollars for Groves, Port Neches, Nederland, and Port Arthur. The delivery fee is between $10 to $17 dollars for Beaumont, Orange, Bridge City, Vidor, Fannett, and Sabine Pass. The delivery fee for Houston is based upon the amount and weight of the merchandise purchased.

How may I receive goods and services from Jolemco LLC at a discounted rate?

We at Jolemco offer a 15% discount to all member of the United States military.
